Hotel Brighton City Osaka Kitahama

A nice size and well-equipped rooms, service-oriented staff in good customer service.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with even table and rainfall shower, as example. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Truly enjoyed that it was minutes from a metro station.

The room was super modern and spacious. We loved the proximity to a convenience store for late-night snacks. Definitely enjoyed our stay with easy access to the metro and local eateries.

Location of the hotel was very convenient: there was a 7/11 directly opposite the hotel as well and Kitahama station was also very close to the hotel. Hotel room facilities were top notch, clean and convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not that many TV channels to choose from.

location a bit out of the way especially when we are travelling with young children. Kitahama subway is really near but no direct line to JR Osaka/Umeda station which is a hassle.

Consider asking for a non-smoking room in advance, even if it costs more, to ensure a comfortable stay without odors.

Excellent location. Few minutes walk from Kitahama Metro. Spacious rooms and lovely bathrooms. Friendly service and bargain for the price. Hotel rates cheaper on a sunday night.

Super convenient, clean, friendly staff.

No complaint, the venue met expectations, recommend it. The food was good and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. We spent 2 nights in a nice size double room in level 7.

Easy access from the subway station, clean room with a fantastic shower. It was one of the best business hotels that I've stayed in!

The bathroom setup was fantastic, with a separate area for the bathtub and shower. We loved that it was just a short stroll to osaka castle and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The staff were super accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in to explore. 100 Marks for the complimentary bottled water!

Great location near to Osaka Station. Handy for restaurants and convenience store accross the road for anyone arriving late like I did. Attention to detail in the rooms impressive for a hotel of this price. Lovely room which was nicely decorated.Staff really helpful with perfect English. Would definately recommend.

Breakfast pretty poor and not worth the 1000 yen extra. Limited choice and small portion. You would be better finding something for yourself in the surounding area.

Very good hotel, rooms complitly new, amazing bathroom with shower and bath, very nice! Very good joyce. A very good pork restaurant at the corner of the hotel, tipic and so nice, people doen't speak english very well in this restaurant but you can trust them, to try absolutely!!!

Breakfast is limited but like every hotel in Japan. Staff not very energic somtimes but helpfull anyway.

This place is great, and has great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and tv. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a phone charger. I recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience! I'm returning for another city break.
